• Microsoft 365 offers continuous updates, cloud services (such as OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint), and access to applications on multiple devices. It enables easy real-time collaboration and cloud-based teamwork. Costs depend on a subscription, which is on a monthly or annual basis.
• Office LTSC offers stability and a one-time purchase without a subscription but lacks some of the advantages, such as cloud features and the latest updates, and the ability to be used on multiple devices, which Microsoft 365 provides.
